We are open for lunch from Midday Wednesday through to Sunday & dinner from 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.

All bookings of 10 or more will required to dine from our "Feed Me" menu package at $75 per head.

Bookings of 11 or over will be either in the laneway area or bar area due to group size. Maximum group size for the dining room is 10.

One bill per table for tables of 6 or more.

Groups over 16, please email proof@proofbbq.com to organise your booking.

All reservations have a set dining time limit.

Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. There is no charge on the card unless there is no-shows. This protects our business, we hope you understand.

If there are any dietry requirements or special seating requests, such as high or wheel chairs, please put them in a note in your booking as we book certain tables dependent on this information.

Bookings will receive full table service, walk-ins will be required to use the QR-code ordering system as we staff to booking numbers.
